Recast Me products are personalized and made to order. Keep your private Recast/order link—it is the fastest way to see the exact artwork and order status tied to your purchase.
Track an order
If you saved your private Recast link, open it and choose Track order / downloads. Your status page shows the product, the design saved with the order, and production or tracking information when available.
Shopify may show an order as “Unfulfilled” while a made-to-order product is still being prepared. Once a shipment is created, tracking is attached to the order.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong with the order or delivery address. Because each physical item is made specifically for you, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible after production starts.
Your reviewed product preview is the design used for printing. For current checkout orders, that design is confirmed before payment so there is no surprise approval step after checkout.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll review it and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or other appropriate remedy.
Because products are personalized, ordinary change-of-mind returns generally are not available once an item has been produced. This does not limit rights that apply under law.
Shipping
Physical products require production before shipping, so the checkout delivery estimate includes more than carrier transit time. Tracking becomes available after the production partner ships the package. Carrier delays can occur after handoff.
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, check the delivery location and household first, then contact us so we can review the shipment.
